1. Introduction
This Return Policy explains how you can return products purchased from Shodrexxflix via the website shodrexxflix.world and how refunds are processed. We are committed to handling returns and refunds in accordance with Finnish and EU consumer law. If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This policy describes how to exercise that right and our procedures.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of withdrawal and return of goods
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if any), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost or we have failed to inform you that you must bear it.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In practice, this means you may open the packaging and inspect the product as a consumer would in a shop; we may deduct from the refund if the product has been used beyond that (e.g. if a significant portion of the capsules has been consumed without a valid reason such as a defect). If you have questions about the condition of the product when returning, please contact us before sending.
4. How to return the product
To return a product:
- Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product. You can do this by email to serviceteam@shodrexxflix.world or by post to the address above. Please include your order reference (e.g. order number or email used for the order) and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible, or in suitable packaging to avoid damage in transit.
- Send the product to: Shodrexxflix, Mannerheimintie 96, 00250 Helsinki, Finland. We recommend using a tracked delivery service so you can prove that you sent the product in time.
- Keep proof of postage and, if possible, a photo of the packed product. We will confirm receipt and process your refund once we have received and checked the product.
If the product is damaged in transit on return, please contact us with your proof of postage. We may ask for evidence before issuing a refund in such cases.
5. Refund processing
We will process your refund within 14 days of the later of: (a) the day we receive the returned product, or (b) the day you provide evidence that you have sent the product back. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund. If you paid by card, the refund will appear on your statement according to your bank or card issuer’s processing time (often 5–10 business days).
If we find that the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning, we may deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the diminished value. We will inform you before making any such deduction.
6. Defective or non-conforming products
If the product you received is defective or does not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, damaged, or not as described), you are entitled to remedies under Finnish consumer law. You may be entitled to repair or replacement, or to a price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us as soon as you discover the defect. We may ask you to send photos or a description and, where appropriate, to return the product for inspection. We will cover the cost of return for defective or non-conforming products. Refunds or replacements for such cases will be processed in accordance with applicable law and without undue delay.
7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under Finnish and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of contracts, including (where applicable) contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery. For food supplements, if the seal has been broken and a significant part of the product has been consumed, we may treat the right of withdrawal as exercised but deduct from the refund in line with section 3 above. 8. Business customers
If you are not a consumer (e.g. you are ordering in the course of your trade or business), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply. We may still accept returns at our discretion or under separate agreement. Any such returns should be agreed with us in advance. Contact us for details.
