1. Introduction and parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website shodrexxflix.world (the "Website") and any purchase of products offered thereon. The Website is operated by Shodrexxflix ("we", "us", "our"), a business located in Finland. By accessing the Website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • "Consumer" means a natural person who is acting for purposes outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession (as defined in Finnish consumer law).
  • "Product(s)" means the goods (including Actilora Vital and any related items) offered for sale on the Website.
  • "Order" means your offer to purchase Products submitted via the Website in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Contract" means the binding agreement between you and us for the supply of Products, formed when we accept your Order.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations (including Finnish and EU law).
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content or software (e.g. viruses, malware).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or any data not intended for you.
  • Use automated means (e.g. scrapers, bots) to access or collect data from the Website without our prior consent.
  • Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website for users who breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. We may update the Website and its content at any time; we do not guarantee that any specific content or feature will remain available.

4. Products and information

We offer Actilora Vital and any other products displayed on the Website subject to availability. Product descriptions, images, and prices are intended to be accurate but may occasionally contain errors or change. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and limit quantities. In the event of a significant error (e.g. wrong price), we may cancel or adjust an order and notify you.

Our products are food supplements (or similar as described on the product page). They are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should follow the instructions for use and, if you have a medical condition or are taking other medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

5. Orders and formation of contract

When you submit an order via the order form on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Product(s) on these Terms. A contract is formed when we accept your order (e.g. by sending an order confirmation by email or by dispatching the Product). We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. in case of suspected fraud, error, or insufficient stock) and will inform you accordingly. If you have already paid, we will refund you in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (name, address, email, phone, etc.) is correct and complete. We are not liable for failed delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

6. Prices, payment, and currency

Prices displayed on the Website are in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT) where applicable under Finnish law. They do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated (e.g. "free shipping" where applicable). We will show the total price, including delivery, before you confirm the order.

Payment is due as specified in the order process (e.g. in advance by card or other accepted method). We use secure payment providers. You must pay using a valid payment method. If payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order and may pursue recovery of any sums due.

7. Delivery and risk

We will deliver the Products to the address you provide, within the timeframe communicated (e.g. 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination). Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure. Risk of loss and damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery to the address (or to the carrier if you have arranged collection). Title passes when we have received full payment.

8. Consumer rights (Finland and EU)

If you are a Consumer, you have statutory rights under Finnish consumer law (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. These include:

  • Right to withdraw: You may cancel the contract and return the Product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You must inform us of your decision within this period (e.g. by email). The Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging where reasonable. We will refund the price and standard delivery cost (if any) within 14 days of receiving the returned Product or proof of return. We may deduct from the refund if the Product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning.
  • Defects and conformity: The Product must conform to the contract. If it does not, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or refund, in accordance with applicable law. You must notify us of any defect within a reasonable time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are liable for direct damage caused by our breach of contract or negligence. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or consequential damage, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law (e.g. for Consumers in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or in case of fraud).
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order or the use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product(s) in that transaction.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, failure of suppliers or carriers, or government action).

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and software) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may view and print a reasonable copy for personal, non-commercial use.

12. Links to third-party sites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Linking does not imply endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. For Consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. For non-Consumers, the courts of Finland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) for Consumer disputes.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Material changes will be communicated (e.g. by notice on the Website or by email where appropriate). Continued use of the Website or our services after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For existing orders, the Terms in effect at the time of the order apply to that order.
